Our menu features classic and modern dishes made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, and our warm, inviting atmosphere is perfect for both casual dining and special occasions.

Waiter / Bartender Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, bar stations, and service areas
• Process payments and handle cash/POS transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Support setup, closing, restocking, and general operational duties as required
